    I think it has to be roasties for me too, but it was a difficult choice!

    Good justification @woodbine. I very rarely have Sunday lunches any more, so it was all exciting for me yesterday!

    Definitely roast potatoes done in goose fat - had them today as this was when we had our Christmas dinner.
