PIP OVER 65 review

Hi,
I transferred from DLA to PIP in 2019 (March) and was awarded for 3 years, so ending in March 2022.
I have now turned 65 this year and will be 66 before my PIP award ends in March 2022.
Can someone tell me will I need to go through a full review or will I get a "light touch' review?
Thanks for any help.

HI and welcome,That will depend on your conditions and whether DWP think there could be a change in how they affect you. Not all those of state pension age and above receive 10 year awards, only some. If you do receive a 10 year award then DWP will contact you nearer the time. If they don't then you'll have a review 6 months before your award is due to end. If it's a review then it's a full review.
