Applying to the Special Constabulary as a disabled adult?

I've previously applied 3 times and got to the interview on the third attempt, which I failed because they said my answers to the competency questions were too short,
This was on August 2011, now almost 9 and half years later is it worth going for attempt #4? I reckon I could do the job you see. Only problem would be the 4 months of training out at Dearne Valley every weekend, it'd interfere with the carers and then social services would get mardy about the funding.
