I put a phone number on my PIP review form, but would prefer to be contacted by mail. Can I do that?

    Hi there

Most cases you are notified of your assessment by letter but sometimes they do text but as you haven't given your mobile number they cant do that

On occasion if they hot a cancellation and you have said you would take a little notice assessment they may call however if you dont answer they will leave a message or call back

You do usually get notice and if offered cancellation at short notice you can refuse

You can also change your assessment appointment once if it isnt convenient

    Hope the above helps @joethebee

As mentioned, you do normally get notice so hopefully that will be the case for you. Best of luck with the review, let us know how you get on
