Grease pudding dish with butter

Put golden syrup in bottom about inch and half up dish 

Then 6oz soft butter , 6 oz sugar beat till light and soft 
Weigh out 6oz self raising flour 


Beat 3 eggs add to sugar and butter bit at a time and a spoon of the flour each time you add egg.

Beat mixture till smooth each time you add egg and flour until all egg is used

Then add remaining flour and beat 

Put mixture on top of syrup in bowl 

Then put in microwave for 5 mins on full power

@66Mustang I am just getting over corona virus plus my lupus has flared and not to sound horrible because I love being on here the last 2weejs have been tough on here and took me back to the past

I have a Zoom meeting at 1 PM with my employment support worker.

Other than that, this afternoon, depending what time it comes, we'll be setting up that Powerline Adaptor that Plusnet told me to order when I rang 'em up yesterday.
