Hi. This is a follow on from my post last week.

I have still not received my decision from my tribunal on the 20th. I have rung the court who say that one was sent out on the 21st/22nd (depending on who you speak to!).
Today I rang the DWP who said that my case was with a case manager. What does this mean, and why would it be with one??

    Hi

The DM is the person who will action the decision from the court and update your records with this and if awarded will be the one to calculate any payment and get it authorised for processing

They will produce the letter from DWP about the outcome of the court decision

You will also get a letter from court about their decision
