I've got lamb pilau rice planned with red lentil curry I'm cooking later. Hopefully turns out ok.

    My other half is downstairs while I work in the attic and he lovingly prepared me a jacket potato, chicken goujons and spaghetti hoops to eat on my break  :D

    Don't know yet, could be Pizza but I've already had one this week and Mum doesn't like me eating too many Pizzas with me being on the cusp of being type 2 Diabetic again :(
