    Thankyou that's really nice I'm doing well now lots of people are going through horrible circumstances at the mo but I great support so I'm lucky .others aren't .think it's very important to talk about people with disabilities of all types alongside any mental health problems that people experience .?

    I was a lovely size 8, now I'm a 14.  I found intense exercise helped.  I didn't lose weight but lost inches and dropped 2 dress sizes.  But with Covid, I can't do that and have put all the weight back on.  I can't diet as I love my food too much, but the break--up diet has kicked in and only eating small meals.  I hope to be beach body ready by summer  <3
