I often wonder why i cant sleep at night?

Maybe so
I dream fairly often myself, no idea why though. I just always have been a frequent dreamer.Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Flag your concerns with us.

I remember my dreams every night and sometimes wake up thinking they are real. I also have lucid dreams occasionally which can be fun, Mostly I have really hectic dreams so don't wake refreshed x

Oh so sorry to hear that, must be awful. Have you tried lucid dreaming? There's a good book called Lucid Dreaming made Easy by Charlie Murray

I find I have very scary dreams since I’ve been on nicotine lozenges, but they are renowned for it as are some other medications.

I have a lot of bad dreams. I wouldn’t call them nightmares as they don’t trouble me but it’s weird.
Often they involve being in a car and something bad happening...like the brake pedal suddenly not working, crashing into another car, driving into water or - the craziest - the road disappearing and then I’m just falling!
However I always seem to wake up soon after the bad thing happens. -
I have the same dreams over and over its always watching my parents die and my friend who I saw being murdered or maybe that's PTSD I wish they would stop
-
sorry to hear about your bad dreams you are having
