    Now you're in LCWRA you won't have a work coach and this isn't something a work coach can look at. 
    You need to put it under 'payments' or 'services issues'. Let us know how you get on. :)

    Thankyou Adrian_Scope ill just have to wait and see i guess dont think they will be in a hurry to backdate it but we will see...i have used service issues section to give them a telling off and to at least reply to me

    As advised the 3 month wait is from when you reported the health condition, not from when the decision is made. of it has taken longer than 3 months to make the decision then arrears will be due. As also advised i my last reply, in your case that would appear to from April or May depending on your assessment dates.
