This link is a list of carriers. If it's just Amazon it will have to be Amazon Customer Service, but there is a link for them on there. I have not had this problem so this is as far as I can help you I'm afraid.

    Aww it’s great when they start doing all that, it’s so cute.

    Iv got it all to look forward to again. My sons partners been back in hospital for past 2 days her heart rates to fast, so they’re doing tests, so not sure what the plan is yet. ❤️

    We had a rough time in her teens lol as everyone does. But yeah we are close, talking at least 4 to 5 times a day, is normal for us. She's my only daughter as I have 2 sons.  It's a shame you didn't have that sort of relationship
