I feel ok thanks, except trouble with my bowels been onto the doctor this morning she’s been really helpful. My bloods are low so getting more iron tablets. Oh the joys lol

very cold this morning. I had to walk into town and pay some bills. I feel exhaustd from walking in the cold. But im going to get myself a hot coffee to warm up!

I am back from my drive, but I encountered some rally bad road rage

I pulled out in front of someone, on a really awkward junction but my mistake so I said sorry. But not good enough for Mr. Angry who followed me really closely for the next 5 miles and kept driving alongside me (on a 2 way road so dangerous as he was on the "wrong" side of the road) to try to get some sort of reaction out of me. I kept putting my indicator on to let him pass but he just stayed behind and alongside swerving over the road. Eventually over took me. My Mum tried to film him but the footage is not very good ... he definitely committed dangerous driving

@Sandy_123 sadly we didn't get the number plate but it's scary knowing people like that are on the road. I know I did wrong by pulling out in front by accident but people pull out in front of me all the time and I just let them be.

I sort of felt sorry for him being so angry as must have some bad stuff going on in his life.

Maybe he's got bad stuff going on in his life,could be he's a bit of a dinkle.

Oh I’ve had to turn my heating up even higher than usual. I have osteoarthritis all over and the cold makes it so much worse. 

I hope you enjoyed the hairdressers and your pleased with your hair.
