@66Mustang
Hi I hope your good today.
Yes I messaged last night but was later on.
It was really good once my granddaughter noticed me and her mum in the audience she was so happy.
We took her for a hot chocolate and cookie afterwards to celebrate 😂0 -
Ha ha awesome
I'm glad you all had a nice time

@Sandy_123
Oh typical lol oh careful with the wind.I lost another 4kg since my hospital appointment in October all in just over 2 stone from my first pre op appointment in July, I’m delighted but still a long way to go.It would take a strong wind to move me along 😂😂 all kidding aside I am pleased.3 -
Wow, excellent news @Lou67 go team you!2
-
@Lou67
Wow
That's fantastic well done
I have lost 3 stone since September and am really pleased with that
But... I was and still am probably much heavier than you to start with so as a % of total weight you have probably lost more
I started at 22 st 9 lb and am now 18 st 9 lb
Also still a long way to go for me, I need to be between 9 st 9 lb - 13 st 9 lb to have a healthy BMI, so at least 5 more to go1 -
Oops that should say I started at 21 9 not 221
-
You're killing it too @66Mustang nice one!1
-
Thanks @Albus_Scope
It really helps when you can notice the difference
I getting some new XXL jumpers for Christmas
Some of my XXXXL jumpers could do as a dress now lol1 -
She was Mary the following year @Rosie_Scope,she threw 'baby Jesus' into the manger,grabbed a handful of straw and shoved it into her mouth.
Two of the shepherds were so impressed they decided they had to eat some straw too.
Happy days.5 -
Brilliant @Teigr, a true thespian in her element!
Amazing work on the weight loss, @66Mustang and @Lou67, well done!3 -
I'm not usually one for plays, but I'd definitely watch that @Teigr, that sounds like some top notch improv work.1

@Albus_Scope
Thank you it’s been since July all in so it’s been slow but still getting there.
@66Mustang
Oh well done that’s an amazing achievement your doing great 👏👏👏
When I started in July I was 112kg so 17stone 9lb
I’m now 100kg so 15stone 6lb and a couple of ounce lol, if i loose another 3 I think i would be happy enough.
About a month ago I had read my mums scales wrong as I didn’t have my glasses on thought at the time I had lost more weight than I actually had 😂😂😂2 -
Can’t believe I’m admitting how heavy I was and still am 🙈 but at least I’m trying to do so
about it.2 -
Congratulations on the weight loss @Lou67 and @66Mustang.3
-
I have won my battle with the Christmas tree lights!!
Champagne for everyone!3 -
Thanks
Our scales at home when you are under 20 stone they tell you the ounces, when you are over 20 stone they just say the stones and pounds, almost like telling me I am so fat, what do the ounces matter
So it was a milestone going under 20 ha ha1 -
Our scales are rubbish @66Mustang,you can lose half a stone by moving them to the other end of the bathroom.2
