@Ada having a dog I know what you mean about letting them off the lead. We lets ours off the lead because we think he is having fun, if he gets injured or lost at least he was having the time of his life. But we would never let someone else's dog off the lead.1

We have a private field by me that was turned into a dog walking field. I think it's 10 pound I'm not sure, but dogs can be let off as it's all secure and 1 family pets at 1 time. So safe from other dogs too. A lot of people use it.3
