Thanks @SueHeath, I think to lose any more I either have to walk further or cut down on food, don’t know which is worse. I don’t eat a great deal anyway but my medication makes me gain weight. When I started my current meds I put on three stone in six months, I’m now four stone overweight!

SNAP - @leeCal i'm on a losing streak straight away - in the last two years i packed up smoking - packed up work - and the new meds their trying me on make you put weight on - the specialist has said i can walk, with my stick as much as i can stand the pain, walking will not cause me any more damage so i have been trying x

Hi @Tori_Scope i remember the one was to do with feeling unhappy (about her daughter)  and i can't remember the other one - i have just come back on line so i will see if i come accross it.

@leeCal that's good, my daughter says it's because I don't move. I mean only so much moving you can do.
I have medical diseases that hold the weight too but its daunting.

That's better @janer1967 will save you money too.

I too have piled on the weight since my amputation due to lack of exercise walking etc 

My meds also make me gain weight it's a vicious circle and I don't eat that much but admit could eat more healthy

Yes, I saw that thread Sandy. Unfortunately the OP didn't feel supported, whereas yourself & others had really tried to help. I remember reading that post.

All OK here thanks just need to walk the dog and go to the supermarket like normal  

We really should do a week's worth of shopping at once instead of going every few days but it's an excuse to get out.

I’m looking for some new shoes and found some online. They are a good price, correct size and they look like what I am looking for. The only issue is the brand name is “Soviet”. Do you think that’s a problem? 🤔 Should I keep looking?
