My weather forecast for Tuesday has gone up, it says it's now going to be 40ºC.

@66Mustang you will enjoy your shower, I had a cold one to cool down, but I'm hot again, can't win. 40 is high, about 35 36 here tomorrow. Its been very hot today, but its been hazy sun, tomorrow is bright sunshine. So going to be mega hot. 
My washing dryed in half an hour. I might sit in the garden again now its cooling down.

@Sandy_123 I’ve found the best thing to do is just not move too much and if you need to move do it slowly. Also try not to get hot and bothered about little things, for example an annoying sound, easier said than done I know.

Got up around 2pm had a shower me and mum went to the beach and I had a strange accurance I have had my hair cut and people were takeing photos of me it was a bit scary and someone said they think your famous when I said I wasn't  they didn't belive me so I let them carry on ha ha my mum thought it was hilarious

@Sandy_123 no its a mess I got two accounts but if I delete the hacked account the new account  will go with it the hacker hasn't got through my fire wall or security but has latched on when I comment I get notification I have commented ion both of my accounts when I am using my new one the screen flashes because they are trying to break my fire wall its only on my scope nothing else

Yeah its all my 2 monthly meds, so got to be picked up. Its across a field  but there are benches. I'm going over after me cup of tea, I'd say while it was cooler but already 25

Morning all!

I was up at 5:45am to walk the dogs out with my mum before it gets too hot - she had the mobility scooter on the way out and I had it on the way back *lol* (I'm staying with her for a bit as it would be far too hot for me to deal with in my small rented room!)

I am really pleased that I managed to eat this morning so don't have to take meds on an empty stomach today, and I didn't wake up with my hair making me look like Einstein's cousin - so far so good

Been up a while so toby could open windows b4 he went to school I can't get to them to open and didn't want to roast in the house till he got home

@janer1967 try a helping hand stick for those hard to reach places, honestly there a god send, not sure if there strong enough for windows tho. Hope your keeping cool. I'm off now to pick up meds
