Well fete was a waste of time, just over priced hand crafts, like 10 pound for a peg bag because someone sewn it together. My grandson won on tombola, had a cup cake and that was the only good things there. The kids craft making room was 5 pound a child. People were just walking around and leaving. We stayed 10 minutes. Then went to the park

Well, that sounds like a bit of a mixed bag @Sandy_123 but you had fun at the park I hope?
And it's always nice to win on the tombola, was your grandson pleased?0 -
Hi everyone
Thanks @Tori_Scope @janer1967 @Sandy_123
I'm having a really nice time on my break. There are a lot of nice shops and pubs, cafes and restaurants. We also saw the torch from the Commonwealth games be carried through the town. We didn't come here specifically for that, didn't even know it was coming through here, but it was nice to see.1 -
@Alex_Scope he was pleased as it was a water tube thing u fill up and pump the water out, boys toys lol. Park was ok, we went in a few shops in the village. Then chose some salmon for tea later.1
-
Currently in city spending spree , lunch and just having iced latte0
-
I wish I liked Salmon it sounds like you can do so much with it, I'm glad it was a productive afternoon for you @Sandy_123
What are you spending out on @janer1967, if you don't mind my curiosity?0 -
