@janer1967 I think you did the right thing although I suspect the complaint will just be ignored. Lots are being treated badly at the moment. I am thinking of complaining about my care but I think they would just put it in the bin. I agree it's not good enough that people are being treated so badly especially when your sight is at stake!!!
