He's autistic @66Mustang,probably a bit of anxiety and OCD in there as well.
At one time he was washing his hands forty odd times a day.0 -
Good morning @Sandy_1230

@Teddybear12
@66Mustang sorry you have been in pain hope it eases
Too many others to mention lol but all enjoy your day0 -
@Teigr same here! I still wash my hands more than "normal" but it was worse in the past. I can imagine how he used to feel, it was quite frustrating feeling that they were never clean.
Thanks @janer1967, I hope you have a nice day:)0 -
His hands were in a terrible state @66Mustang,the skin was all red and cracked and I had to keep changing his bedding because it was always covered in blood.
It took the best part of a year to convince him that there was a connection between the mess his hands were in and the constant washing.0 -
@Teigr that can't have been nice, I can't say that happened to me but can imagine the stress he and you went through. You sort of enter a single-minded state that your hands need to be clean and nothing else matters, and will carry on washing them regardless.0

Yes,it reminded me of my father's obsession with being the first person in the post office queue every Monday morning.
Nothing my mother said would convince him that they wouldn't have run out of money if he went there an hour later.1 -
Morning all.
Sorry to hear there’s a lot off yous not feeling great, it’s a bad time off year.
@66Mustang
I was just thinking you can take paracetamol and ibuprofen together. I know not supposed to mention medication on here I’m sorry it’s only because you mentioned it.
I hope everyone else has a decent day whatever yous are doing.
Take care❤️1 -
Thanks @Lou67 yeah I did take them more or less together (I gave the first one an hour to work then tried the other). The pain has eased off a bit now, not sure if thats because I am up and moving around or due to the meds but thats good. Thank you2

SueHeath said:Morning @Amberpearl Do you think you need to see the Doc to get your chest checked out, if your having your ears done at your surgery you could perhaps mention it to the nurse.
I think Jan and Feb can be low months, hopefully not long to wait for spring.x1 -
I’m in the car at the moment (parked obviously!) but will be setting off soon to go to the shop so sorry if I don’t reply to anyone for the next couple of hours
