    @SueHeath great minds think alike that is what I told him . He is going to try and call the clinic he was under hoping to avoid a&e we will see

    Yep but as you know the clinics are hit and miss at the moment @janer1967 - he would be better to go to A&E today instead of waiting around for days, my hubby would be the same - good luck i hope you manage to talk him round xx

    Morning @Amberpearl sorry to hear that darling.
    You know if you can't cope with the night sweets and flushes the doc's can give you tablets for it.
    I personally tried sage not the tea but tablet form. Have you found a trigger for yours yet, mine was made worse by having warming herbs ie chilli, coriander, curry, ginger was the worst for me - couldn't even eat a ginger biscuit x

    I have actually enjoyed being unwell as I have been on a diet of toast and chocolate chip digestives and lots of times to play on my phone

    Yes everything is going a bit slow I have found this as well and they just Blaim it on COVID-19 even though everything is back to normal.
