Will catch up in a minute but wanted to pop in and just vent a bit. I have a deadline in April and a ton of reading to do, but there was a viewing today so I left the house for the duration because I hate talking to strangers and feel very trapped when they're in my room. I'm home now and making soup, but I feel so tired that I don't know if I'm going to be able to get any reading done today. It was the same yesterday because the viewer brought his young child and couldn't view the house due to her misbehaving so had to reschedule to today. So I've missed a day and don't feel 100% for today either, and I'm not well and just feeling generally rubbish. Does going out/cooking etc. tire anyone else out like this? I know it's the fibromyalgia but it just really gets me down.

Bless you @JoOfVengerberg, seems you are having a tough time.

Yes, most things tire me out and any physical activity, when I feel up to  it  or any form of stress causes pain and fatigue.

Reading at times can be hard to absorb.

    I have to pace myself.

I wish you the very best.

Good afternoon all you lovely people, hope your all well and pain free, lovely day here, yes it's windy but really mild.

Now for the blumming negative - Father in Law = we were hoping he would be back at the nursing home today - phone call this morning just before we went shopping, he's only got flipping covid nowwwww that's twice he caught covid, both times when he's been in this hospital, we took all the precautions when he lived in his own place, during the pandemic, we even have to wear masks and aprons when we have visited this time round in the hospital - now the poor bugga is back on a covid ward, we are allowed to visit him this time round as long as we take "extra" precautions, this is a joke and a nightmare. Sorry rant over xx

Oh no @janer1967 i would love to meet you and put faces to a few people on this great group, just when i'm a little stressed, like i am at the moment, i can be a little withdrawn, and it can knock my confidence, more so now since i've packed up work, hope that makes sense. So when/if i get the pleasure to meet anyone on here i will be at the hair dressers, suited and booted ha ha. But no way will i be haveng that flipping microblading thingy on my eye brows. Wonder if you'll understand my accent as well ha ha.xx

Lovely to hear from you @JoOfVengerberg i would say how busy you are with your uni stuff darling, that stress will have a big impact on your health and fatigue, don't be to hard on yourself, try and pace things as much as you can darling and have a little you time. x

Hi @katz23 i'm an ex smoker of real cigerettes darling, i tried all the things the doctors/chemist had on offer, like you i find it's the hand to mouth to lungs that's the hardest thing to break the habbit. If i can do it so can you, i've done it easy with the e cigs, just a point of finding one and the dose that suits you, you reduce the nicotine intake yourself - i'm on zero now and only use mine when i'm around smokers/socializing. Hope i don't get into trouble with this chat, i'm only trying to help  :D - if you do want any private chats about which to try etc i don't mind. x

My eldest niece bites her nails @katz23.

It makes me feel ill when I see her nibbling away at them.

Thank you @katz23 @SueHeath <3 sorry to hear about FIL sue, I hope his pain eases soon, covid is awful. Somehow I have managed to not get it so far touch wood despite living in a shared house with people who were sick. Am really exhausted but the soup was worth it, mushroom. Used to hate them but now love them! I think I will try to read and if I can't focus go back fresh tomorrow. I don't want to do the same work twice. Take care all.
