@Ada
Sorry to read off the pain you go through with the restless legs, my sister used to get it years ago and she sd it was torture, hers was caused by medication she was on.
Shame after all these years off you getting it they can’t find anything to help you.
Take care ❤️1 -

Hi everyone. Starting the day with coffee and vitamin water as usual (I take a multivitamin as I'm deficient in vitamin d and iron otherwise.) No plan today, can't decide whether to do more PhD reading or let it be a writing/thinking day instead. I suppose we'll see. Take care all1

@Sandy_123 - Good afternoon. How are you doing today?
@JoOfVengerberg - Hey! Which sounds most manageable for you today? I would recommend opting for that option1 -

Afternoon everyone, I've had a brilliant unplanned day, son drove me and grandson to designer village in cannock. We had coffee, the haribo shop, then I got a great deal for my other sons birthday.
Then we went to the cematary and put fresh flowers on.
Then to cannock chase for a picnic. Home now shattered

We had an extra long walk with the dog this morning and went shopping this afternoon,apart from that it's been a bit of a nothing day really.
I've spent a lot of time staring into space and thinking I should wash the floors.

I put some flowers on the graves near by who looked like they hadn't had any for awhile2

Good evening everyone1

Really important that you take care of yourself the best way you can @JoOfVengerberg. Plus, we all have days where we do nothing - recharge is important! Hope you are in less pain and feeling less tired soon
