    It's Friday so must mean food shop day today for us - were going to the larger Asda tho, fed up with local one not having the stuff we want. It's a trip out tho so not moaning ha ha

    Yes he has been OK just doing light duties no heavy lifting . He is coming later staying for weekend going to spoil him it's his birthday on Tues

    You and @Teddybear12 gave me inspiration the other day, one of my mates was on the phone last night, so i've decided i'm going to try and meet her for coffee next week, will be the first time on the bus for me for two years - trying to get some parts of my life back x

    Morning @Teddybear12 yep big one for me Teddy ha ha - think i've been losing my confidence with not going out on my own much. 
    Good job i can use my bank card @Sandy_123 lose change seams rare now days ha ha
