Hi Janer nope all's looking good for our family bash, Brothers family all staying at Leicester at the mo and so far the motor ways have been running well, so no disruption expected - fingers crossed any way, just got to give extra time as well because of Crufts at the NEC that's always a pain , thanks for your thoughts xx

I have no everyday coffee beans left so I have opened some posh Blue Mountain coffee beans that I got for Christmas, it's very nice.

Wow afternoon all, tried catching up took me an age ha ha - sorry if i've missed any thing/one out,
Had a great day here the snow went quicker then yesterday, sun came out early all the snow was gone by 11 so result for us, Grandson wasn't impressed with coming shopping, till he had a treat for being good.Think he really enjoyed having us to himself, bless him.
Good job i had a beef stew already made and in the freezer so nice quick tea here for us.

Hi @Grinchy we had quite a bit of snow first thing this morning but luckily it was all gone by 11, quite nice in the sun.

Evening all had nothing but rain no snow, it stopped raining mid afternoon. Last hour suns been out. Had a walk down the local river, on me walk a lot of rustling in the bushes Infront of me a rat runs out Infront of me folled by a stoat, which halts in its tracks seeing me. The rat hopping away in joy is then snatched from above by a kestrel which then happily from it's perch on the power lines scoffs it's meal and in the bushes could hear the stoat squeaking away in anger. Plus help a fisherman land a fish he was struggling with.intesting walk.
