@Sandy_123 yes they are definitely helping, I think the good effects make the side effects worth tolerating plus the side effects should go down over time.
Maybe the flushes are a benefit as it's so cold at the moment ha ha1 -
Lol yeah keep you warm1
-
@Sandy_123
Oh I know Iv just made a cuppa chicken soup to keep me warm.
@66Mustang
Aww glad the tablets are helping and bonus they are keeping you warm, your own built in hot water bottle lol.2 -

Ate some dodgy chicken (realised and stopped eating) 3 days ago, and I'm now coming down with symptoms of food poisoning, I feel really rough and nauseous, among other things I'm not gonna mention, I really hope I'm wrong and it's something else. 🤢0

@66Mustang, I had Salmonella poisoning a few years ago and it took months to fully recover. I'm hoping it's just a stomach bug.
@Sandy_123 Thanks, I'll survive.0 -
Hi @JBS2022 it may be something else as food poisoning usually affects you within 24 hours of eating the product but no doubt some people will react differently
@Sandy_123 that's a shame just like anything you wait for they all come at once2 -
@Sandy_123
Aww that’s blooming typical 2 appointments nearly the same time.🤦♀️
The electrician is away now he sd I need the electric box replaced as it’s an old one, he sd it’s safe but needs upgraded, so another appointment in April. He told me there checks are every 5 years I thought was yearly, so that’s a bonus.
@JBS2022
I’m sorry your feeling poorly hope you feel better soon.
Take care ❤️0 -
@Sandy_123 that's unlucky, I think you did right, if yours is anything like ours you can rearrange the dentist much easier than any other medical appointment.
I had dentist today funnily enough, got given a clean bill of health0 -
Trouble is when I make next dentist appointment 3 months in advance, they say , we will text u the appointment, same with b12, so I don't get a card.
Needed to see dentist too, but got appointment 3 weeks away, which I've wrote down. I think b12 was more important.
Just had new rent 30 pound a month extra0 -
I am really upset about sue leaving and I know it's a similar reason why teddy left for a few days
I would just like to say that whoever is sending members pm that are making people feel like this (you know who you are ) you are spoiling this community for everyone
It is stopping people feeling this is a supportive community where you can come to get advice support and a distraction from the daily struggles we all face
It needs to stop and I hope these issues are being reported so admin can monitor
Whoever this is please be kind to others and treat them with respect or don't comment at all
@Community_Scope I know a pm has been sent to sue but I sincerely hope you are taking these recent issues and dealing with them2 -
I'm sad about sue too I think if you report a pm admin join then it can be dealt with quickly. We'll I'm presuming I've never had to do it1
-
It does seem to be causing a lot of upset @janer1967,I don't understand why anyone would do that.1
