Afternoon everyone. Just back from work and a quick dog walk. Treats for them and coffee and a cheeky chocolate bar for me x. Been lovely here all day( not far from Sherwood Forest), till now and it’s clouding over. I’ve a milky jobs waiting but I’m going to chill x

I’m having to learn to chill and it’s very new to me . I used to work, come home and work then usually sat down around 7. Those days are truely behind no matter how hard I try Not so bad chilling. Hope u have had a lovely day1

I totally understand what you mean, I can’t do much off what I used to be able to do and sometimes it gets me down, I do what I can, and my daughter helps a lot. So could be worse.

My husband has now been released from the psychiatric hospital, he is a lot quieter, I'll keep you updated.3

@Lou67 yeah, I try not to ask for help because there will be a time I really need it . They have had to help if I’ve had an adreanal crisis or I’m really unwell. They get upset if I don’t ask but my daughter is in Liverpool, my two sons are quite local but both work full time. I’m trying to stay working but I’m finding it harder and harder. Just been out to spray the weeds but had to come in because I’m really dizzy. I’m scared of having another seizure as I’ll loose my licience and job. I getting cross with myself.3
