    It's a glorious day here I haven't been out all day I did my exercises this morning then I'm preserving my energy for the Birmingham trip tomorrow. We are staying overnight before I'm working there on Wednesday.

    goo good evening everyone. I went back to work today, my back is aching but I fee So much better today. Even cut the grass when I got in. Had a long hot soak and going to read a bit now .
