    I was thinking about Ada earlier she’s not been on for a while, have I missed something or is she maybe taking a break.

    @stay_positive well done on the PIP. It's such a shame that we have to say "well done" or "congratulations" for being awarded PIP as it shouldn't feel like such a battle. But well done all the same.

    @Whymeiwonder2 I hope you are doing a bit better today, sorry to hear you were struggling yesterday.

    I hope that Ada didn't leave because of me. She got upset because she felt people were ignoring her and I tried to explain to her that people don't ignore her on purpose as messages get missed all the time, but she got upset at me for explaining and thought I was telling her off. I know she is very sensitive and I tried to explain as gently as possible.

    Not another person leaving I have had to report someone as they asked me why I was asking stupid questions about an access to work grant.
