Hi @66Mustang & @Lou67
No post missed haha. I should of given more context, my apologies. Saving myself as I am going to go for a nice walk in a quiet place tomorrow morning and stop off for lunch in this nice pub on the way home. Not been out much over the past few weeks so it'll do me some good to stretch my legs.
I hope you both are having/have a great day.1 -
That sounds like a great way to spend a day @bg844. I hope you have a nice time.

I am struggling a little with obsessive thoughts today, it is the first time I have had them moderately badly since I started my new medicines. I have a headache which often aggravates my thoughts so I am hoping that's the cause and not that the effects of the medicines are starting to wear off.0 -
@66Mustang
Oh no that’s a shame hope you’re feeling better soon, if not speak to the doctor.@bg844

Thank you, I will let you know if anything interesting pops up on my way.
I'm sorry to hear about your thoughts, as the saying goes 'there's a lot of things going around at the moment' so I hope it's just you feeling a little under the weather too. If things persist it may be worth visiting the GP although from memory I'm sure you have said this new medication is much better than your old. Be sure to look after yourself

@66Mustang
I hope so I will say a wee prayer they do. I’m not overly religious but think prayers help lol
