@Beaver79 thank it. I’ve tried to busy myself all day to kee my mind off it. I took almost £400 into the solicitor on Monday and handed over cash without getting a receipt. It’s not mentioned in this letter so I’m worried about that. I knew he would be an idiot because he’s a typical narcissist. No one tells him what to do. I’ve no doubt he will be arrested. I don’t get that I have to pay for court but if he doesn’t turn up, I pay but he gets grace time to submit. That doesn’t feel too fair.   Im afraid im working as hard as my body will allow. Im getting to the end of my tether.   Just wish it was over .  Sorry I know it’s no one else’s problem. Just needed to let it out. I appreciate the support and thank you x

@Beaver79 yeah the law seems to be on the side of people who don’t abide by it.  Thank you for taking the time to reply. Means a lot at the moment. I just feel so numb now.  X

I'm sorry to read this @punchnJudy64,my niece and nephew are both going through difficult,drawn out divorces at the moment.
You'd think people would just want to get it done and draw a line under it but no.

@tony70 thank you. It’s a bit of a nightmare and I’m struggling because the marriage and abuse got so bad I had two seizures, the second landing me in hospital with a split head. I’m doing it because I need to stand up to him now but he doesn’t like it.  I’m finding it stressful and scarey.
@Teigr I hope your niece and nephew  are ok and get the support they need.  These things are never easy xx
@Sandy_123 thank you, u r totally right about the financial side. It’s draining me. I work hard for them to take it all lol.  Just hope it’s worth it in the end. 

Thank you all for the support.  It’s easy said, I know but honestly it’s meant a lot to vent it. I don’t want my family to worry so it’s hard . U really are a lovely lot xxx

Good morning I’m so sorry your having to pay additional costs, it’s so unfair you should contact the lawyer’s as soon as they open to ask why the £400 you took in on Monday isn’t mentioned. Please make sure you always get a receipt as it’s your only proof.
