    My meds have finally kicked in and raring to go! Busy day today and hopefully a very productive one.

    Still going through titration, starting 50mg of Elvanse today.

    Had to go private otherwise it was 2+ years for assessment and then 1+ year for medication.

    Hoping to go into shared care soon because it's expensive but lifechanging, thankfully my GP is very cooperative even after the Panorama "investigation" into private ADHD clinics the other week. Me and my partner were very careful to select a reputable clinic and I had my assessment screened by the local NHS Adult ADHD service.

    Hi everyone

    I had a blip again yesterday with my obsessive thoughts but they are still better on my new medication than they were before, I just need to learn to manage the blips

    I hope everyone is OK and having a nice day or a productive one at least
