I take sleep gummies @Lou67 and they do help more often than not.I also have some good over the counter sleeping tablets but I save those for when we're away on holiday and I can't escape to another room.

What over the counter sleeping tablets do you get if you don’t mind me asking, I generally sleep ok but sometimes struggle.

I never used prime before, but I do now, I find using amazon stops traipsing around shops, to find an item. What ever I need it has. Plus it comes next day. 

Nothing worse then not sleeping @Teigr

@teigr , it’s awful not sleeping at night, especially if u work . I’m on anitryptaline for migraines and they knock me out every night eventually now, otherwise I just can’t sleep. 

My ex was served his papers by court today. Fingers crossed he will see sense now although I won’t hold my breath x

Yes you can find almost everything on Amazon, and it's cheaper than the shops most of the time, no wonder so many shops are going bust, as it's impossible for them to be able to price match.

Yeah thing is I can go to shops and it won't be in stock or need ordering. Amazon tell you how many are in stock, plus I like to read the reviews.

Oh I tried them for a while a few years ago and they were really good, I hadn’t bought them in ages and forgot the name off them. 

I’m sure they are an antihistamine but great for sleeping thanks I will buy a box to have for emergencies.

Sat under a tree waiting for a bus did not realise been sitting on a ants nest till felt biting sensation on me bum. Then with ants running up and down me legs did that shakey leg hands down me shorts jump. Didn't half get funny looks, ants all gone now.
