Hey @punchnJudy64, i do get warning, sometimes i get a metalic taste, or the most common is a twitch in my face, mine are non epileptic seizures, bit weird but its all to do with my complex PTSD, due to abuse i went through as a kid

I've been for a very long walk in an attempt to recover from being stuck in the kitchen all day.

There were tons of people on the marina,all waiting with their binoculars to catch a glimpse of a paddle steamer that's
here for the weekend.

We did see it @Sandy_123,it was just coming in when we got to the beach.There were so many people on board I'm surprised it was able to stay afloat.

There were six buses waiting on what used to be the mackerel stage to pick up all the passengers.

I think the paddle steamer's here for one more day,my friend is well miffed about not being able to get a ticket.

@Sandy_123 @Lou67 @Grinchy. wow we have all gone through it. Makes me feel so much better knowing others have gone through it and understand.  I also have ptsd due to the marriage. At least we all understand each other. Thank you so much for sharing what is so personal to u all. 

I had a nice easy day really with my mum. She does well for 84 but is quite slow and gets tired. I enjoy her company and appreciate her so much. 

 Think we are due rain tomorrow here so I’ll do the house. Or maybe I will be really lazy lol x

Yes we have been through trauma, hopefully i can get past it, it consumes me sometimes, i'm sure you feel the same way, take care x

Got bit of a headache, tinnitus bad 
Someone was outside my window arguing shouting and swearing last night until after midnight 
Was also hot in the bedroom too
