Decided to take a slow walk along the local canal it was a really nice walk and I bumped into the Heron again watching for fish and got another nice couple of picture with my phone.

@Strawberry1 Thanks he didn't catch anything while I was there but it must be a good source of food as the Heron has been there a few times. I also love nature and taking pictures of the countryside and wildlife.

I like Subway, always good fun choosing the ingredients, they always taste so nice as well. I haven't been for about 5 years, used to go every week when I was at a support group, we called it the Sub Club.

When I book a shopping delivery, there's always a bit of time to add to or amend the order, and I use my 'favourites' list so I don't have to search much- I guess you could always take a short break before the time ends? I can understand if having a time limit would be an added stressor.

They've stopped using honey mustard sauce my favourite  it's been a few years since I was I was in there. Nice fresh ingredients  @66Mustang

@Sandy_123 oh that's a shame. They had a sauce I used to really like, can't remember the name though, I tried to buy it in the shops but the only way to get it was on a sandwich from Subway, not available in the shops. It was so nice though!
