We're back from the beach,I went for a paddle and brought home more sand than the dog.

I hope you are having a good day.

The Italian food festival was a complete waste of time. 

Crowds you can't even move in. Queues 20 long for all stalls. So loud you can't hear yourself speak let alone someone near you.

We left empty handed and went for a coffee which was nice. Now having a BBQ.

Yes true @Sandy_123 I wanted to just cut our losses and go home but others wanted coffee and I'm glad I went, it was nice.

We used to have a food festival on the marina,we never bothered with it;eight quid to get in,massive queues,overpriced food and nowhere to sit.

I’ve prepared this evening, to motivate myself to go for coffee at costa in the morning when they open, it’s only a few minutes walk for me. 

I’ve not been out for a few days now. Alarm is on for 7 am 👀😳 the clothes I’m wearing are ready…no excuses …I’m mentioning it here in the hope it’s a push to go 
im all for it this evening…let’s see if I can make it ..fingers crossed
