Morning all, hope you are well. I am really struggling today as my fibromyalgia and depression are very bad. Have so much housework to do but will break it up into small bits and try and rest in between. I struggle doing that as once I start something, I just want to finish but then I pay for it later/next few days!0

Morning all I hope yous have a good day whatever yous have planned.
I have no plans except go my walk, then it’ll be a day in after that as yesterday was a busy day, I’m suffering today with aches n pains.

Hi @sunshine23 just do the basics if you can and have a restful day, house work will always be there. Do have support for your depression like gp etc.
@Lou67 try have a more restful day. I'm going to walk to the shop later, be a good test for my back. Got the gardener later so need to get him his money out the machine0 -
@sunshine23

@66Mustang @Sandy_123 @Lou67 thank you and for the much needed reminder that housework can wait, so I will only do what I can. Yes I am on the waitlist for high intensity therapy. The therapist who did my assessment has been doing wellbeing checks every two weeks while we wait for my actual therapist, which is really helpful1

@sunshine23
Oh that’s good the therapist checks in on you, and I hope you dont have too long to wait till you get your appointment through.
Good luck with it when it comes.
