@Teddybear12 sorry to hear you had a stressful day, at least you got to see the vet in the end. I hope you can relax now. Is your dog ok at taking ear drops?
I have just found out my certain relative is coming to stay again in about a week. I semi broke down in a state of anxiety when I found out which is quite silly just because of a person.
In better news we have some other family friends coming this week who are the kindest and most polite people you will meet so I’m really looking forward to that.0 -
@Teddybear12 thanks for the kind message. True that I have done it before - just not sure how long I can keep doing it for but one day at a time I guess.
We have found that my relative does calm down after a drink and one of the evenings we are having some others over who are apparently big drinkers so that one will hopefully go OK!
I hope your dog recovers quickly. I don’t think our dog would let anyone go near him with ear drops!!0 -
@Teddybear12 can I join in your bad day
I've been like a yo yo today I've answered the door 8 times which means transferring from my sofa to wheelchair.
I've had frustrating call to a legal company who keep messaging me about a debt my ex husband has defaulted on despite telling them several times we are divorced so to remove my number from their records
Hopefully can chill now for rest of day as workmen doing my drainage have packed up for the day0 -
Sorry you've all had rubbish days.
I took my granddaughter for a little walk, so she could ride her scooter. She's staying over and wants to go on the bus tomorrow.1 -
I've had a good day glad you have @Sandy_123 sorry the rest of you have not had such a good day.
Think my day might come on Thursday - HR telephone appointment on Thursday and this is the one were i have to say "I don't think i will be able to carry on with my carer" "so what are my options" all this so i can retire on ill health and get "MY" private pension 1 year early - i've got to stop stressing about it think it's just building up xx0 -
@Teddybear12 no date yet hoping I may find out more tomorrow fingers crossed mot too long wait if I'm having pre op1

Sandy_123 said:Have you had adjustments at work @SueHeath. Or a step down role.
I went back to work on reduced hours, for 3 months, but found work made it worse, standing all the time.
It was that bad i couldn't even catch a bus, so my hubby used to take me and pick me up. xx0
