Well Been awake since 2am as i have insomnia tried my hardest too go back over its now 4.15am im up for day cuppa músic on lőw and bleaching my kitchen whilst áll my kids and partner áré áll in land of nod

    Hi @Ibelive2020, sorry you can't sleep, I know what it's like.
    I'm being kept awake by the awful pains in my lower back and right leg. 
    I just about managed to get to the door to let my cat back in but can't do anything else.

    @Oxonlady sorry tóo hear your in pain bk my spiné is sore plus my arthiritis is playing up tóo my joints áré burning atm bút im plodding on takecare xxx

    @lisathomas50 i went tóo sleep at 8pm and wide awake by 2am tried go bk over for 2 hours could nőt so came downstairs máde a cuppa and started cleaning áll my downstairs spotless now plus done my bathroom out xxx

    I can usually sleep for England, but yesterday morning I was up at 6.30 AM checking my email to see if I'd won £157 Million on the Euro Lottery, no joy so I shut the PC down and went back to bed.
