    Butter replaces gravy for me when a meal calls for it. I've just been watching Jamies Xmas dinner and I would love to be able to eat all those lovely things but as a diabetic, I can't.

    I had fish fingers, chips and beans. Thought I’d use some stuff up from my freezer ready for a big shop next week when I’ll go Tesco.

    My partner is really good at cooking and he made hash browns with cheese sauce on top with beans it was delicious!

    Sausages bought from the farm shop as a treat.

    They worked out costing almost a pound each so better be good!!
