    Usually have cooked  meals at lunch time todays it's my favourite we dont have it often because it's really not too good for you but it's a fry up inc fried bread lol.

    Thank you @janer1967 I was OK last night but woke up with the flu yeah my hubby is going to help me make kids teas tonight then when kids are in bed I need to sit down and write down the dreaded bills as its big payday tomorrow lol lol 😆 I'm drinking plenty of fluids mainly hot tea but now it's time for a lemsip lol 😆

    Dreaded big ll day must be lots for you with all your children and their needs too don't get too bogged down get plenty  of breaks

    @janer1967 I pay my monthly bills then put shopping money side for each week and toiletries for us all we get the kids things they need clothes etc then our clothes the kids get a big treat each and put the rest away for rainy day lol 😆

    We want to the carmarthen botanic Gardens  so we had plaice peas and chips with a side salad  and choclate orange cake and cream and Earl gray tea

    Hoping to get my appetite back now it's bit cooler.
    Ordered lots of nice salad stuff with shopping so that will be better for the coming week

    Yeah I think salad especially Sunday Monday etc, I'm dreading this extreme heat, I'm hoping it don't effect my lungs and that there is air lol
