We recently had a new cheesemonger open up in our town @Wibbles it's been really nice to be able to shop locally for cheese and talk to someone who has really good knowledge of the cheese! She used to be an accountant but during covid started a cheese business and finally opened up a shop in the town this year. I try to shop there whenever I need cheese over the supermarkets. Keep the local businesses open and also there's a great selection. And if I am unsure what cheese is best for a recipe she knows what to try and all her recommendations have been great so far.
I've discovered a bit of a new love for cheese (as long as it's at least 6+ months mature because I am lactose intolerant)
