@Geegeenumber1 it takes a while to get adjusted to it and I'm not convinced it is entirely healthy

Small healthy 3 meals a day I am sure is better for you

Tell your mum to stop buying the doughnuts or hide them

Just have 1 instead of 2

We all need a treat now and again

I need to find a way to put Weight on I am 6 stone at the moment apparently my metabolism  doesn't work properly if I eat to much I lose weight and if don't eat enough I put it on so I have to eat 4 small meals a day and eat fish  and oily fish  and salad and porridge and eggs and pasta they have to be in my diet to help me

I don't  always get it right lol the most I have got to is 7 stone over the last year its harder to put weight on for me

I’m going to Tesco at 9 because I’m starting to run low on food so I think for my breakfast I’ll have a bowl of Weetabix.
