    Nowt special for dinner today but I had my favourite dessert of warm from the oven melt in the middle chocolate cookies with a side of vanilla ice cream...

    Eyes bigger than my belly though, had two and struggled, managed to snaffle them both up but think just the one from now on...lol

    @berry123 I don't blame you chill out, I've been cold all day to be honest, I'm resting on endless pillows propted up on the bed it's better for my spine then sat in a chair. With a sleeping bag over me to warm up watching ant n Dec.

    @Sandy_123 I missing my bed towards the evening I really do get tired my arthritis pain, same me watching ant and dec then after that i love watching hospital programmes on freeview tv or so interesting what families go through.

    @berry123 nothing worse then pain. I'll watch the voice then some documentary on murder investigations.  Medical documentaries are good too

    @lisathomas50 not to bad sore arm gone got a slight headache I had to lie down when I got up at least I didn't passout this time and I've just had lunch. So much better than yesterday   apart from my sore butt .  Thank you
