We used to get alpine pop delivered on Saturdays. The bottles looked massive compared to other brands of pop. I remember that the orange one tasted like irn Bru.0

Do you remember the Iron Bru Ad ? Made in Scotland from Girders....Alpine were great, the big lorry, so many flavours and the deposit on the bottles and all delivered. Our day was Wednesday when the Pop man came !0

I used to stand in the garden waiting for the alpine man every Saturday morning. His arrival meant I could choose from a massive variety of flavours AND keep the deposits returned for the previous week as my pocket money. Oh happy days?☺️1
