Medical notes

Hi all! My daughter has been recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy, specifically hemiplegia. She was also born earlier. We have now started physiotherapy but I would like to have all the medical notes of my antenatal care and labour (with details). Has anyone done this before? Do you know how to obtain this information? Thank you for your help.

Hi @Lostlamb
Thanks for posting and it's great to meet you. I am the cerebral palsy officer for Scope.
You can request those from your G.P., digital copies are free. You can also write to your obstetrician at the hospital. The PALS service can assist with this.
If I can support you, let me know
