Blood blisters or not ?

Started getting these pin **** red spots or marks coming up on few on arms ,chest area & hands been chemist & they said blood blisters which i've google'd but description for blood blisters said they raise but mine are flat there not itchy just wondering if anyone else has these ?

    Just keep an eye on them to see if they change or go away can't realy tell frim a photo ?

    Thsts fine someone I know came out in little spots after her vacination thats why I was asking

    Sorry wasn't ntended to be like that after the person said no I just explained why I asked if the person had said yes I would of just said to wait to see what the dr said
