Hi, my partner receives esa and is on the lowest disability rate. Does anyone know how many hours she is allowed to work before it affects her benefits? She has been offered a job but its 20 hours a week. Thanks

The permitted work rules are here

20 hours of work is outside the permitted work limits and will end entitlement to ESA.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -

Its 140 pounds a week allowed.
