PIP HELP ANYONE PLEASE. How long does it usually take for award forms to arrive?

So it's been a week now and I still haven't received my letter in the post saying I've been awarded the same rate .... so PIP have sent out another award form, does it normally take this long? Unless my postman is stealing my mail!

    Unfortunately there are lots of delays in the postal service at present 

    They are dealing with volumes due to shops being  closed and at the same time staffing shortages

    yes it is true royal mail are experiencing high volumes of mail at the minute and with covid 19 staff shortages they are doing there best be patient it will arrive soon for you
