Hi has any one heard of this diabeticfreedom.org
I am asking becsuse I am worried that its not giving right advice and one of the people I am helping is using it alot
I am not that knowledgeable on the subject I know the basics
If this site is a reputable site that's fine but I wanted to check first
If anyone could help I would be very grateful
Thank you in advance

Hi lisa
I've never heard of the site and I have been diabetic for over 30 years
While I cant give medical advice happy to answer any questions2 -

Any food affects your blood sugar levels but mainly carbs and sugar products that should be in moderation but people dont realise the level of sugar in products you dint expect if ti be in
Eg yoghurts even fat free are high in sugar content1 -
