Anyone in Plymouth willing to lend me a portable hoist?

I’m looking to borrow one for a week. I have cerebral palsy and can’t really afford to hire one as they’re really expensive.
Anyone able to help?
Thank you so much!

Hi @JDhill1
Have you been in touch with your local council about having a free home assessment to explore what aids and adaptations you are entitled to? This is a government webpage that will take you through to your local authority's website to organise this. While, this NHS webpage discusses other options such as getting a grant too.
I'm also going to tag in @Richard_Scope our Cerebral palsy Information Specialist so he can respond when he's next working with any other suggestions he may have.
Good luck and I hope you get a hoist sorted soon.1 -
